By enrolling in Onion Aftercare, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms between Sierra McDaniel / Subliminal Shift LLC (“Company”) and You (“Client”):

1. Nature of the Offer

Onion Aftercare is a short-term support container designed for Business Onion participants.
It includes:

Two (2) Loom feedback recordings per month, approximately 20–30 minutes each.

Ability to submit one (1) clear, concise “packet” per Loom (examples: a page of copy, a set of questions, a content audit, a draft offer, etc.).

Support is asynchronously delivered via Loom — no live calls or real-time access.

This offer does not include ongoing messaging, daily check-ins, or unlimited revisions.

2. Submission Boundaries

To keep the offer sustainable for both of us:

Each Loom submission must be contained within one (1) Notion page, Google Doc, or email.

Submissions must be focused and specific, not long-form processing, multi-page documents, or ongoing threads of thinking.

If a submission is outside the scope or would require significantly more time, the Company may request that the Client refine or narrow their submission before feedback is provided.

3. Payment & Subscription Length

Onion Aftercare is billed at $250/month, for a two-month commitment (December & January).

Payments are processed automatically via Flodesk Checkout.

After two months, the Company will manually cancel your subscription on your behalf.

Early cancellation requests do not void payment obligations for the two-month term.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of this offer, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions.

5. Delivery Timeline

Loom recordings will be delivered within 5 business days of your submission.

Submissions must be sent within the designated two-month window.

Unused Looms do not roll over past January.

6. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

You are responsible for your own implementation, decisions, and results.

Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or transformations.

This offer is supplemental support — not therapy, crisis support, or professional legal/financial/medical guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, Loom feedback, frameworks, and teachings provided by the Company are copyrighted and owned by Subliminal Shift LLC.
You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them publicly.

8. Communication

All submissions and communication must be sent to [email protected].

Please keep communication brief, respectful, and within the scope of the container.

The Company does not provide emotional processing or life coaching outside what relates directly to your business work.

9. Right to Remove or Decline

The Company reserves the right to remove a Client from the container (with remaining Looms refunded) if boundaries are repeatedly violated, communication becomes inappropriate, or the fit is no longer aligned.

10. Agreement

By enrolling, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood these terms.

Are financially able to commit to the two-month payment period.

Accept all responsibility for your participation and outcomes.

Agree to conduct yourself within the boundaries and communication expectations outlined above
